Spokane County Interstate Fair Opens Friday for 10 Days of FUN!
The Spokane County Commissioners will open the 75th annual Interstate Fair Friday morning at 10:40 a.m. inside the front gates at the Fair and Expo Center (404 N. Havana Street). The theme for this year is “Spokane’s Legacy and America’s Spirit,” as we continue to celebrate America’s 250th Birthday. And come meet this year’s mascot “Clover,” an adorable baby Highland Cow.
There are also plenty of new attractions at the Interstate Fair: Butterfly Kingdom, Off Axis Stunt Show, Pirates and Parrots Show, and Canine Circus. The entertainment lineup at the Grandstands includes Gretchen Wilson/The Band Perry, Daughtry, Nate Smith, and the always exciting PRCA Rodeo, Truck and Tractor Pulls, and Demolition Derbies!
And don’t miss the popular Kids Mutton Busting, along with the Legendary Longhorns and Barnyard Animal Races! Of course, there are displays, vendors, rides…and no day at the Interstate Fair would be complete without spending time at the Carnival and Food Court. All-in-all the Spokane County Interstate Fair has something for the entire family from September 11-20 – see you there!
